W górnej części – Madonna z Dzieciątkiem w otoczeniu Czterech Ewangelistów i starotestamentowych Proroków ze zwojami zapowiadającymi narodziny Chrystusa.
Poniżej, Chrystus Pantokrator siedzący na tronie w otoczeniu świętych. Po prawej stojąca Matka Boska, po lewej Jan Chrzciciel, a dalej za nimi inni sławni święci i pustelnicy Rosji.
– Brak jednego skrzydła i dwie twarze uszkodzone.

In the upper row, the Virgin and Child are surrounded by Four Evangelists and Old Testament prophets who hold scrolls with passages foretelling Christ’s birth.
Below, the Christ Patokrator is seated on the throne, flanked by holy persons. On his right stand the Virgin, his left John the Baptist and behind them other famous Russian saints and hermits.
